Adult Basic Ed/ESL/GED Information

CDA offers education classes for adult learners interested in acquiring or improving their academic skills.  The program also provides someone an opportunity to obtain their high school equivalency diploma, retain or find employment and develop citizenship skills.   We offer the following classes:  

  • GED Preparation in Math, Science, Social Studies, English and Writing
  • English as a Second Language (ESL) Instruction - designed to assist those interested in developing or improving English literacy/ language and speaking skills
  • Civics Education Instruction - specifically for facilitating participants in becoming citizens

We offer in person and virtual instruction
Adult Education: Tuesday and Thursday Evenings In Person
ESL/Civics: Monday 10-12pm In Person and Wednesday Evenings
