Facilities Scheduling Coordinator Position
12 month position
List of Duties:
- Schedule and coordinate use of district fields and facilities for community use and for district use through Brightly Software (Dude Solutions)
- Work with District Security, Assistant Principal of Athletics and Director of Facilities to assure smooth and safe processes
- Manage fiscal records and reports
- Schedule support staff necessary for each event (monitors/police)
- Ensure contracts, certificates of insurance and payments are collected and processed
