Public Notices

On June 30, 2025, S-4654 was signed into law, amending the legal notice requirements under the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA). Effective March 1, 2026, public entities are required to publish their legal notices directly on their official website rather than in newspapers.  Pursuant to the provisions of P.L. 2025, c.72 (N.J.S.A. 35:3-1 eq. seq.), all legal/public notices of the Bordentown Regional School District will appear on this webpage.
