All Bordentown Regional Schools will be closed on Thursday, March 8th

Due to the winter storm, we have a number of trees down and power outages throughout the district. For this reason, the Bordentown Regional School District will be closed on Thursday, March 8. All school and outside organization activities scheduled for the district are also cancelled. The Board meeting and the middle school talent show will be postponed and rescheduled shortly. There will be an early dismissal today for all Bordentown Regional School District schools

All after school activities will be cancelled and the Board meeting will be postponed until Thursday evening.

The high school will dismiss at 11:40
The middle school will dismiss at 12:05
MacFarland and Clara Barton will dismiss at 12:40
Peter Muschal will dismiss at 1:00

Due to the timing of this storm, the CDA is cancelling AFTERCARE. If your child normally attends our After Care program, please make sure that he or she is aware of where to go at the end of the half day.

Bordentown Regional School District Campus Plan

On December 13, 2017, the Board of Education approved the superintendent’s recommendation to configure our kindergarten through fifth grade according to a campus plan beginning in September 2018. Below is a video of the presentation that Dr. Forsthoffer gave to the Board of Education as well as a report on the survey that was completed by parents, resident, faculty and staff.

BRSD will have a 2 Hour Delay

Due to the icy road conditions, the Bordentown Regional School District will have a 2-hour delay on Tuesday, January 9, 2018. Please use caution when leaving for school in the morning. Students who take a bus should report to their bus stops 2 hours later than the normal time.

K-5 Configuration Survey

As many of you are aware, the school district is investigating several alternatives to the current K-3, 4-5 grade level configuration. A survey has been designed to gather feedback from parents and residents in the Bordentown Regional School District regarding the configuration of the elementary schools. The proposed plans were developed as potential solutions to alleviate some of the problems with the current configuration.
