Debra Field, Transportation – Debra Field has been working as bus driver and driver trainer for the past 20 years. Debbie has been doing the same run as long as I can remember. She transports Burlington Co. Institute students’ everyday safely and efficiently every day. Her students admire and respect Debbie. I have even witness students who graduated return back to transportation just to see her. She is excellent driver and a joy to have on my team. Thanks Deb.
Karen Harrison, Science Teacher, BRHS – Mrs. Karen Harrison has been a mainstay in the Bordentown Regional High School Science department for 20 years. Her specialty is Biology, including an Advanced Placement section, but she has helped out wherever needed. Mrs. Harrison also leads the BRHS Environmental Club.
Connie Johns, District Aide, PMES – Mrs. Johns has served in various capacities around the district for the past 20 years. Currently, she is a 2nd grade classroom aide and Supervisor for the Before and After Care programs at Peter Muschal Elementary School. Mrs. Johns is an extremely reliable and conscientious employee. She loves what she does and her hard work and dedication are appreciated by parents, students, faculty and administration. Keep up the fantastic work Mrs. Johns!!
Patrick Moore, Maintenance Mechanic – Pat Moore had previously worked as a head custodian/grounds for BRSD early in his career. He advanced to the Maintenance Department as a maintenance mechanic in 2015. He is currently our senior maintenance mechanic. Pat has just completed his 20th year of service. He has gained much knowledge in all fields and continues to complete many challenging tasks and in turn saving the district money. He recently completed, with assistance from a fellow maintenance staff member, our water renovation plan project for lead water. In May of this year, he completed an intensive five day 40 hour National Locksmith course for facility locksmiths. Pat continues to be a valued asset to the Bordentown Regional School District.
Toby Sebelist, Guidance Counselor, BRMS – Toby taught three years of special education in the West Windsor Middle School, prior to starting in Bordentown in 1997. She spent about 2 1/2 years at Peter Muschal, and half a year at the high school, then in 2000 she joined the junior school, now middle school teaching special education. She became a counselor at the middle school in February 2007. Toby is an integral part of the BRMS Bobcat School Community. She is there for her students on a daily basis and her peers. We could not be more proud of Toby's accomplishment.
Cynthia Wagstaff, Spanish Teacher, BRHS – Mrs. Wagstaff is a master teacher, leader of our World Language Department, Advisor of the Spanish Club and one of the most respected staff members at Bordentown Regional High School. Her connections to students are impressive and her knowledge of the content is outstanding. BRHS families are fortunate to have such an amazing professional.
Linda Simonelli, Secretary, BRHS – Mrs. Simonelli has served the district in many ways throughout her tenure in Bordentown. Having worked at PMS, BRMS and now BRHS, she has played an integral role in supporting student activities and programs. Currently, Mrs. Simonelli splits her time between athletics and building administration. She deftly handles the multiple responsibilities and finds time to greet visitors when they enter the main office. Mrs. Simonelli’s hard work and dedication to the Bordentown school community is undeniable and greatly appreciated by the staff and administration.
