Volunteer Employment Applicants
Students interested in applying for summer volunteer opportunities must complete the attached 2019 Volunteer Employment Application. Volunteers must be 14 years old at the start of the program. Completed applications should be returned to Ms. Jodie Glenn at the CDA office or placed in her mailbox at the high school.
CDA Employment Applicants
New applications must be obtained every year – even from returning employees. Complete the attached Employment Application 2019. Before & After School Programs, Adult Education (ABE/ESL/Hi-Set) and PAC employment options are highlighted on the front. On the reverse side of the application (pg.2) is the Summer Employment section for you to complete as interested. Please detail the dates, times and locations for each Camp and Childcare Program of interest.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the start of the program in order to be a paid employee. Students must complete the attached Employment Application 2019. You must get working papers from your high school if you will be under 18 years old at any time during your summer employment. Ms. Milewski will help you process working papers at BRHS. Be sure to bring your birth certificate and social security number with you. Completed applications should be returned to Ms. Jodie Glenn at the CDA office or placed in her mailbox at the high school.
Understand that employment in programs that you worked in 2018 is not guaranteed. You must be available for all program dates of the position(s) you are requesting. Notices of employment in specialty camps or programs will be sent out as camp enrollment closes and staffing needs are determined. For questions, please contact Jodie Glenn at email@example.com.
All CDA Summer Program employees must attend our Orientation Meeting on June 11, 2019, 4pm-6pm. If you are hired to work Day Camp, Childcare or Specialty Camp, the orientation is mandatory.
