Adult Basic Education/ESL Instruction

 

CDA offers classes for adult learners interested in acquiring or improving their academic skills. 

Adult Basic Education: promotes career pathways and opportunities to better secure employment through its instruction.  The course focuses on academic areas (writing, reading, math, social studies and science) as well as test preparation in order to assist students with the GED high school equivalency assessment.  

English as a Second Language (ESL) Instruction - designed to assist those interested in developing or improving English literacy/ language.  Emphasis is placed on improving the student's listening, speaking, reading, writing and grammar skills.  

Fall Session Begins September 12, 2023

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4:00pm-8:00pm at Bordentown Regional High School (check in at Main Office)

ESL Instruction: Monday and Wednesday 10:00am-12:00pm at the Bordentown City Library 18 E. Union Street

ESL Instruction: Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00pm-7:00pm at Bordentown Regional High School (check in at Main Office)
